Refunds may be provided in the following situations:

  • Service Not Performed: If we are unable to perform the scheduled service due to circumstances within our control
  • Unsatisfactory Service: If the service provided does not meet our quality standards and cannot be rectified
  • Overcharging: If you were charged more than the quoted or agreed amount
  • Cancellation: If you cancel within our cancellation policy timeframe

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already performed, unless unsatisfactory
  • Late cancellation fees (as per our cancellation policy)
  • No-show fees when access is not provided
  • Third-party charges or fees
  • Gift card purchases

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion:

We will review your refund request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we'll process the refund using the original payment method.

4.3 Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 1-3 business days
  • Digital wallets: 1-3 business days

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for services that were partially completed due to issues within our control or when only part of the service was unsatisfactory.

6. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our cleaning service:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
  • We'll return to re-clean at no additional charge
  • If still unsatisfied, we'll provide a full or partial refund

7. Cancellation Refunds

Refunds for cancellations depend on the timing:

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund of any deposit or prepayment
  • Less than 24 hours: May incur cancellation fee (up to 50% of service cost)
  • No notice/No-show: No refund of deposit or prepayment
