6 What is your satisfaction guarantee?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with our cleaning service, we'll return within 24 hours to make it right at no additional charge.

7 How quickly can you provide a cleaning service?

We typically provide quotes the same day on weekdays and can often accommodate same-day or next-day cleaning if we're in your area. For urgent requests, please call us directly at 1300 STCS (7827).

8 Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don't need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients provide access instructions or hide a key. We're fully insured and bonded for your security.

9 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfer, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of the service, and we can also set up recurring payments for regular customers.

10 What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
